3-4 chicken fillets, 60g plain yogurt, 1 clove garlic (crushed), 1 tbsp ginger (ground or fresh grated), 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp chilli powder/flakes
All of the above ingredients need to be put in a bowl covered with cling film or into a freezer bag for at least 1 hour before the class – can be done the day before and left in the fridge either.
1 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tbsp butter, 1 small onion, handful fresh coriander (dried fine either), ½ tin chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chilli flakes, 125mls cream, 1 tsp sugar, salt and pepper
To serve – Rice of choice
